First Consumer Photos of the K1

April 28, 2016  •  Leave a Comment

Today the internet has been swamped with the first consumer photos of the K1. I have gathered up a few various sources that have popped up around some forums etc, that show the body in action with new and old lens systems. Although the images are not high resolution, you can however really get the feel for the camera's power with these various K mounts.

Here is the K1 mounted with the classic old time kit lens of the K1000 days. The 50mm 1.7 A.

Here is a sample image of the the 50mm 1.7. Depth of field and tones are just superb. There are going to be some exciting times ahead for this marriage.

Here's a sample of the new super beast 15-30 FA. The photo is a bit out of focus, but still not a bad example.

and another with the 15-30mm. Not that this shot is taken into heavy light and flare is extremely minimal.

This is on the other hand taken with with new kit 28-105mm, taken at 105. Not the superb sharpeness and resolution.

This too is  a great detailed video of the k1.

As I am still waiting on the K1 to hit the Italian stores, like many of you too are waiting, in the meantime we can study some shots taken from other users. I hope to post more in the coming days as the web gets saturated with K1 jpeg's. Exciting days ahead. Thanks to those who have contributed their time to upload these images for our enjoyment
